A week ago we got to go over to my brother in-laws to pick fresh blueberries, corn, and peaches. There is nothing better than fresh fruit and vegetables from a home garden...and they were FREE!!Here is a huge bowl full of the blueberries we picked. This picture doesn't really show how BIG this bowl is..it's about 12" wide and 4' deep. I froze 3 quart size ziploc bags full and then ate the rest throughout the week.
Here's a picture of the corn I cut off 23 ears of corn. I froze 5 quarts of corn.Then I also picked a bunch of peaches and my sister in-law gave me an incredible recipe for peach cobbler. It was fantastic!
